It seems like it is not planning to stop, particularly given that Kingdom Hearts will be celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2022. Square Enix has recently made several announcements in celebration of the enormous anniversary.
It will be organizing a special celebration that will include a mini-concert, discussions with the game’s creators themselves. And various other interesting KH-themed events that fans will probably enjoy.
The moment that Kingdom Hearts finally came out for PC through the Epic Games Store last March 2021. The fans likely thought it would just be an issue of time before the game came to Nintendo Switch.

Although it appears like the events on the ground are limited to Japan. The team has said that fans across all over the world. That will be able to watch the event via a follow-up video.
The tweet only mentions some vague details, including Q&A with the team behind the development and an exhibition, a mini-concert, and much more.
The mini-concert will likely be thrilling news for those who love the popular Kingdom Hearts soundtracks who could not see the orchestra performances in person.
Although it appears like the English Twitter account for Kingdom Hearts does not have much information to announce for the 20th anniversary. The Japanese version has stuffed its timeline with news and updates.
It includes brand collaborations and new merchandise to be found through the Japanese Square Enix online store.
The game’s online community is also working to develop new Kingdom Hearts fan theories, mainly since the game is famous for its difficult-to-understand timeline and plot.
But Kingdom Hearts fans certainly have plenty to look forward to in 2022. It could be new products or collaborations, events, perhaps even some hint at the next game within the KH series.
