Star Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 1: The original and prequel trilogies will be getting a new bridging story by Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi. People are anxious to know the exact date of episode 1’s release date.
Although the show will be available at Disneyland, Disney+ fans are curious. If it will be available on other streaming platforms (or perhaps Blu-ray) and the best way to watch it.

Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 1 release date and time
The Star Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi series expect to debut in 2022. We’ve heard nothing regarding a specific date for release yet; we’ll put our hopes on it launching towards the end of the calendar year. It could also delay until early 2023.
The series that focuses on the Obi-Wan Kenobi character began as a movie within the Star Wars Anthology Series.
But, when the film Solo: A Star Wars Story was a disappointment at the box opening and cancel, the Obi-Wan movie was put on hold before being re-release as a miniseries of six parts.
There’s not much information about the show, but it reveal that it’ll occur ten years after Star Wars: Episode 3 – Revenge of the Sith on Tatooine.
We can speculate that it will involve Obi-Wan guarding Luke Skywalker against the dangers of growing up in his uncle and aunt’s water farm.
Ewan McGregor is back in the Obi-Wan Kenobi’s role, and Hayden Christensen cast as Darth Vader.
This means that this show will be a treat for fans of the prequels which will enjoy seeing the two actors on screen for the first time in 15 years.
How do I enjoy Star Wars
As of now, Obi-Wan Kenobi’s only made available exclusively for Disney+.
It’s unlikely that we’ll see it show up on other streaming platforms. Unfortunately, that means that those living in areas where Disney+ isn’t available won’t have an option to enjoy the show legally.
But, the service may start in other countries in the coming months, and the time Obi-Wan Kenobi airs.
Since The Mandalorian hasn’t made it to Blu-ray yet, it’s unlikely that Obi-Wan will get any physical release.
