cross-progression in LEGO Star Wars: Are there plans to have the LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga crossplay support for all platforms?

It’s now known that the long-awaited and delayed LEGO Star Wars game is set to launch in April across the major platforms.

However, the biggest issue is whether the game is possible across these platforms.

Are there plans to have LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga cross-progression play on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox, and Switch?

Does any LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga crossplay compatibility?

LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga will likely not release with crossplay compatibility since it doesn’t offer online play at all. However, online co-op and crossplay can add later.

Like the previous LEGO games, the latest and possibly the most excellent LEGO Star Wars game will launch only with a split-screen or offline couch. Co-op.

The trailers and advertisements have obliterated any notion of co-op. That has been the primary focus of every game in the LEGO series.

There are a variety of stores sites on the web for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, such as PSN and Steam confirm that co-op is feasible, but there aren’t any available online games.

Therefore, crossplay between the two platforms will not be possible till TT Games and Warner Bros Games allow LEGO Star Wars to be playable online.

TT Games has confirmed that it plans to add new features to the game following its launch, at the very least, including Ray Tracing.

As well as using the PS5 controller’s DualSense and haptic feedback capabilities. Which means that online multiplayer and crossplay will add in the future.

For now, if Star Wars fans want to play online, they’ll have to settle to something similar to Star Wars Battlefront II. And hopefully, the next Star Wars games with an online co-op mode and crossplay will release shortly.
