Apex Legends’ Lead Map Designers Resign:  You wouldn’t believe it, but the following season for Apex Legends is on the way. Season 12, known as Defiance expect to change players’ experience. The game will launch on February 8.

The most notable additions are the addition of a new Legend known as Mad Maggie and a 9v9 game mode called Control. The new content will give players lots to look forward to in the next few days. But there was also negative news for fans who have been around for a while of battle royale.

In an update on Twitter from February 4, Rodney Reece, Principal Designer of Apex Legends, announced some disappointing information for the fans. According to the game’s creator, it was his last day with Respawn Entertainment.

Alongside the announcement of his departure from Respawn Entertainment, he also praised the community’s loyalty throughout the years. “You were always in my mind and made me work harder,” Reece declared about the players who play the game of battle royale.

When he announced his departure from the company, the creator admitted that he was looking ahead to being an avid fan.

Alongside Reece In addition, it was told it also revealed that Dave Osei, Lead Level Designer for Apex Legends, quit Respawn Entertainment.

The news announce via a February 4 tweet by the developer. In which he said that this was his final day with the company, as well.

As he worked in the Battle Royale game. Osei achieved quite a bit before upgraded from Lead-Level Designer to Senior Designer. In the creator’s note, the designer stated that he was very proud of the work he did for the company.

He also thanked Respawn and all the millions of players who use Apex Legends.

This departure by these designers is a significant loss for Apex Legends because each of Reece and Osei had a profound impact in the arena battle.

Reece was a crucial player in the design of maps. The World’s Edge and Storm Point maps. And Osei involved in creating Olympus, the Olympus map first introduced in Season 7.

While departures of developers aren’t anything new to the gaming industry since individuals frequently decide to pursue new creative options. However it is fascinating to watch two prominent employees leaving within a short time.

Fortunately, as per the game’s developers, Season 12 has already completed. Which means that the absence is not likely to affect the launch of the new season’s content.

It will be fascinating to learn how the next few years will bring Respawn Entertainment moving forward. Additionally, it will be fascinating to see which other games. Osei and Reece are involved in over the next few months.

If their projects on Apex Legends are something to go by, It is expected to be awe-inspiring.

Apex Legends is available for PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
