With the update, several things have been added, such as new characters, brand unique banners, and lots of rewards during the event.

Genshin Impact. How to Find the Free Liyue 4 Star Character
Through this Lantern Rite Event, participants will be rewarded with Coins and Primogems.
The update will also introduce a Story Quest. This is how you’ll be able to obtain the character for free. Here’s what you need to do.
As with the earlier Lantern Rites Festival Event, the participant must take part in the festival’s occasion Fleeting Colors in Flight to earn Immaculate, Affluence, and Conquest Talismans.
Once you’ve obtained all the mentioned resources, you’ll have gone towards the Prosperous Partnerships shop to exchange your rewards for unlocking one of the eight four-star Liyue characters at no cost.
The eight characters that you can choose to
- Beidou
- Chongyun
- Ningguang
- Xiangling
- Xiangqi
- Xinyan
- Yanfei
- Yunlin
If you meet all of the requirements above, After that, one or more of the characters you have chosen will become yours for the rate of zero Primogems.
Of course, sure of these characters are superior to others. But they’re excellent and would make a perfect addition to your Roster if given the right Constellations.
