    How to fix the Audio or Sound Problem in Halo Infinite

    This means that you will not know whether an enemy is sneaking through the air, and players miss out on other clues based on direction. This guide will show ways to resolve the Sound and audio issues present in Halo Infinite.

    These troubleshooting techniques are not 100% certain to work, but they are worth trying as they could solve the audio glitch within Halo Infinite. So check these tips and see what happens.

    Update your USB audio device driver (PC players)

    • Then, connect the headphone to your computer.
    • Click on the right-click Speaker icon in the taskbar.
    • Hit the Sounds.
    • Go to the Playback tab.
    • Right-click on your device.
    • Select the Properties.
    • Then, click Change Settings.
    • Choose from the driver tab.
    • Select the Update Driver button.
    • Select your driver from the available files on your computer.
    • Choose your option (USB Audio Device) and click Next. The driver will be installed.
    • It would help if you restarted your computer.

    The Stereo Sound Settings Configuration

      • Right-click on the speaker icon located on the taskbar.
      • Just click on Sound.
      • Go to the Playback tab.
      • Click on the Configure button.
      • Select the Stereo Audio channel and click Then.
      • Try on the speakers.
      • Click End, which will finish the configuration process.
      • If you are required to update your driver, follow the instructions in the previous paragraphs.
    • If your audio or Sound is interrupted or you encounter issues, Xbox players might want to try this fix.
        • Stop the game.
        • Click the Xbox button on the controller.
        • Press RB to go to profile and System.
        • Select the Settings and then select the Volume option and Audio Output.
        • Make sure to change the HDMI audio format to Stereo Uncompressed (Speaker). For those who use Headset audio, change the headphone audio option, switch your audio format from Stereo, not compressed, and Windows Sonic for Headphones.

    Disable Hands-Free Telephony

    • It may also be necessary to switch off the hands-free phone setting to check whether the issue persists.
        • First, close Halo Infinite.
        • Make sure you go towards your Control Panel.
        • Click Audio and Hardware > Printers.
        • Find your headphones, then double-click to open them.
        • Go to the Hardware tab and then choose Properties.
        • Click on the Services tab.
        • Remove your Handsfree Telephone checkbox.
        • Choose Apply > OK.

    Switch off the Microphone

        • Go into Windows Settings by pressing the Windows key on your computer.
        • Go to Settings, then System.
        • Search for related settings > Sound Control Panel.
          • Go to go to the playback menu and select the headphones.
          • Hit Set the default.
          • After that, go over to the record tab and locate your headphones Microphone.
          • Right click it and switch off the Microphone.

    Disable Communications

          • Hit the Windows key, and then head to Settings.
          • Go to Systems > Sound > Related Settings > Control Panel > Communications tab.
          • Hit Do nothing, apply > OK.

    Privacy Settings

          • Enter “Privacy “ on the Windows search bar and select Privacy.
          • Go towards Microphone> Deleting apps to use your mic.
          • Next, turn off the option that allows desktop applications to connect to your Microphone.
        • This is all you need to do to resolve this issue. Halo Infinite audio bug/no sound issues.
