Tyga will not face felony charges in a national case

Tyga turned himself in to the Los Angeles police on Tuesday, October 12. After his ex-girlfriend Camaryn Swanson accused him of hitting her. In her Instagram Stories, Swanson shared photos and videos of her having a large bruise near her eye.

He also showed a cuff from his sweatshirt, which appeared to have a bloodstain. Swanson wrote: “I have been abused emotionally, mentally and physically and I am no longer hiding it.” And, “I’m so embarrassed and ashamed that I have to come to this, but I have to defend myself.”

Tyga received good news in his domestic violence case, he will not face felony charges. Informed police sources TMZ that police turned the rapper’s DV case over to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. The Los Angeles court will decide whether or not they want to press charges against Tyga.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, the case is now being turned over to a law firm in the city of Los Angeles. They decided that you will not be prosecuted for a felony because only the district attorney’s office can charge people for a felony.

Camaryn filed a police report claiming that Tyga struck his alleged injuries. Tyga’s camp claims their accusations are “false and will be refuted.” Camaryn’s injuries and the evidence did not lead to a felony charge and that is why the city attorney was expelled.

The exes reportedly started dating earlier this year and became official couples on Instagram in March. It’s unclear when they broke up, but we were told it happened before the alleged incident. Tyga isn’t quite out of the woods yet, he could still be hit with a felony by the city attorney, but he no longer has to worry about a felony.
