Nintendo purchases CG animation studio Dynamo Pictures: Compared to its competitors at Microsoft and Sony, Nintendo has been quiet on the acquisition front. Instead, Nintendo has mainly been content to concentrate on creating games internally and cooperating with independent developers on initiatives like the forthcoming Bayonetta 3.

Smaller firms it has previously collaborated with are the exception. It seems that the Japanese company is adding other studios to its roster, but in typical Nintendo form, these aren’t the studios that many are expecting.

Nintendo made a statement through its official Twitter account announcing the purchase of Dynamo Pictures. Over the years, this visual content business has worked on everything from anime to film projects to video games.

The most well-known work done by Dynamo Pictures is on the most recent Dragon Ball Super movie, as well as on various games and motion capture projects.

Nintendo made the unexpected purchase because it has always stated that its primary emphasis is on creating video games. Previously, Nintendo and Dynamo Pictures collaborated on Metroid: Other M and the Pikmin series of video games.

On October 3, the acquisition anticipates to complete, and Dynamo Pictures will become Nintendo Pictures.

According to a press statement from Nintendo, Dynamo Pictures will repurpose to “concentrate on the creation of visual content employing Nintendo IP,” which suggests that we could see more animated productions featuring characters like Zelda, Mario, and Kirby.

Nintendo’s aim to have more control over their intellectual property than other video game companies would be in line with this plan, providing them more authority throughout the process.

The next Mario movie is probably not the last time we’ll see these Nintendo characters on either the big or small screen, even though no explicit announcement of future animated offers of these characters has made.

Raytraced Nintendo 64 games look stunning: When Nintendo re-releases a game from the Nintendo 64 period. It’s usually a direct transfer with no substantial visual improvements. Therefore, the task of upgrading N64 falls to fans, resulting in a plethora of N64 emulation on PC.

Fans may download emulations for their PCs that upscale the graphics capabilities of classic N64 games, and Daro on Twitter is working on a new N64 emulator plugin that will make N64 games appear even better.

The RT64 plugin adds raytracing, object motion blur, widescreen, and DLSS and allows games to run at over 60 frames per second. Daro shows how the plugin will seem in a few N64 emulators. Including The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time.

Mupen64plus use to capture the Ocarina of Time emulation, although Daro hopes to add their plugin to additional emulator cores. Daro will also establish an allowlist of all eligible games for the plugin since it would be hard to generate custom lighting for each N64 game.

There will be a toggle option for those who wish to try out the application and maybe create their lighting configurations and scripts. The RT64 plugin will also contain a thorough graphics debugger that exposes all the parameters of what’s on-screen.

The RT64 plugin is still in its early stages of development. And Daro estimates that it will be months before it is ready. Daro is still learning how to use various emulation tools and how to do specific jobs. Such as supporting HD texture and compatibility.

Even though the findings are still a long way off, Daro has already done a lot. The RT64 might become one of the most popular emulation plugins once it’s released. Assuming Nintendo doesn’t put a stop to it as it did with previous fan efforts.

Super Nintendo World US Launches Next Year:  The first Super Nintendo World theme park a big hit in Japan. Now, more information about the first park in the US has made public.

It’s not surprising that many fans are excited about this news. After Super Nintendo World opened last year, they have been waiting for a Nintendo theme park to open in other places.

If you live in the US, you might visit Super Nintendo World in Japan. It opened to the public on March 17, 2021.

Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto gave a tour of the Japanese theme park before it opened. It has well-received by both critics and people who have been to the theme park.

Super Nintendo World will open in 2023 in a new area of Universal Studios Hollywood, California. This is the news from Universal Studios today. Visitors will be able to play with popular Nintendo characters like Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach in areas like Warp Pipes, Piranha Plants, and Bowser’s Castle at the theme park.

Other parts of the theme park will feature more Nintendo characters, like Yoshi’s Adventure and Mario Kart: Koopa’s Challenge rides, which use augmented reality to show feelings and items as you race to get the winner’s trophy.

In addition, the Japanese version of Super Nintendo World has said that there will be a new Donkey Kong expansion, which will add new roller coasters and interactive games.

Universal Studios Hollywood has also said that a “feature presentation store” will soon sell unique Super Nintendo World merchandise. Some gamers will be excited to buy special items shortly.

Universal Studios is also planning to build Super Nintendo World in other places, like Orlando, Florida. The Japanese Super Nintendo World opening has pushed back several times. So it could be a while before other sites open.

Over 35 years since Super Mario Bros. first came out on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). People still buy Nintendo games and merchandise.

As for first-party games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, millions of people around the world still play them. The opening of the Super Nintendo World theme park in one of Nintendo’s most important countries is likely to be a big hit with both new and longtime fans.

Some people may think the park is another way for Nintendo to make money from people who already pay up to $50 for new games.

It will be open at Universal Studios Hollywood in 2023.
