To attempt Normal Mode, players must be at least Item Level 1,430. And to challenge Hard Mode, and they must be at least Item Level 1,460.

For players with Item Level 1,460 and above, a new Guardian Raid called Kungelanium will release, and Thronespire. A unique “single-player dungeon experience” with lots of additional levels.

Finally, new skins add to the game. Yoz’s Jar is a new consumable item that will provide new Epic and Legendary skins to the game.

Valtan will also get a new difficulty called “Inferno mode” and unknown Abyss Dungeons called “Challenge Abyssal Dungeons,” which will balance your might against your adversaries.

However, it technically violates Amazon’s terms of service, which specify that “You may not use any device or technique to mask or misrepresent your location.” Plus, previous VPN use won’t get you blacklisted.

“We have blocked users from connecting to Lost Ark via VPN services. This is one of our actions to battle botters. As it will make it more difficult for them to connect to the game,” explains Roxx. “We apologize for any difficulty but hope gamers understand why.”

The response has mixed. Some players, while disappointed, accept the conclusion as a viable answer that everyone else must take. Others disagree, claiming it just harms the player base. Some even say this has ruined the game, and they will no longer play.

But Lost Ark isn’t the first game to accomplish this. In 2020, Riot Games had to prohibit VPNs for its League of Legends: Wild Rift MOBA due to difficulties with the program.

Chaos Dungeons pay less for Lost Ark players

Several conversations about this problem have made across social media websites. With tons of individuals stating that they are receiving fewer prizes. People have particularly noted reduced shards. But even Guardian Stones, Destruction Stones, and Leapstones seem to be dropping at a lower rate.

Other users haven’t witnessed such a shift, with users stating the reduced rates could be related to “confirmation bias.” However, one Reddit user documented the reduced rates from sixteen Chaos Dungeon runs, presumably proving the claim that Chaos Dungeons received a covert nerf.

If the prizes from Chaos Dungeons indeed reduced, this is likely an unintended change from the production team. Community Moderator Ominous Onion claimed the Lost Ark support team has confirmed there were no changes to the Chaos Dungeon. However, the issue has been raised, so players will finally see whether awards have genuinely been cut, mistakenly or not.

Sad news: Lost Ark‘s much-anticipated April Update will not arrive on April 21 as planned. New class Glacier would have added and a new continent called South Vern, which would have had a new story. This update would also have added the new continent.

TrevzorFTW, the community manager for Lost Ark, wrote the following official message on the game’s official forums, telling players that the game would be delayed.

“During final testing for the April Update, our QA team found some significant problems, which meant that we had to put off the April update while we worked to fix them.” This is a big letdown because we’re excited for South Vern and the Glacier. Please be patient with us as we work to fix these problems and release the April Update.

There was already a lot of disagreement about how little new content would be added to the game in April. Fans are understandably angry. Updates are usually released every week, but this month will be released on April 28 instead of April 3. TrevzorFTW also wrote the following, promising players more information as it comes in.
