Ubisoft will shut down 15 games’ servers in September 2022: One of the pleasures of gaming is wanting to immerse yourself in the past by turning on a game from a system you used to play for hours. As a result, the multiplayer servers still live for certain games.

However, starting on September 1, 15 Ubisoft titles’ multiplayer functionality will no longer be available.

Ubisoft provides further information on what specifically won’t be accessible due to the server downtime. However, most of the time, it only disables multiplayer on internet features.

However, you’ll be losing a little bit more in the case of a few PC games. Additionally, downloading and installing downloadable material (DLC) will not be possible.

Servers for these games’ remasters will remain accessible for the time being, although the list below only relates to their original releases. Therefore, fun on the PC, Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U is impacted.

  • Anno 2070
  • II: Assassin’s Creed
  • 3D Assassin’s Creed
  • Brotherhood of the Assassin
  • HD Assassin’s Creed Liberation
  • Revelations in the Assassin’s Creed
  • San Francisco driver
  • 3 Far Cry
  • The Future Soldier: Ghost Recon
  • The Forgotten Sands, a Prince of Persia title
  • Legends of Rayman
  • Five Silent Hunter
  • Space Addicts
  • Blacklist, a Splinter Cell game
  • ZombiU

Space Junkies presents a rather unusual situation as a multiplayer-only game: “You will no longer be able to play the game moving forward.” However, the game will remain available until September for anyone who wishes to enjoy it.

Skull & Bones and Riders Republic include climate change ocean occurrences: Ubisoft has maintained that there was no “political commentary” in the plots and objectives of their games. Nevertheless, Ubisoft clung to their assertion, particularly in the techno-Fascist setting of Watch Dogs.

This mindset seems to be changing now that two games include ecological themes like climate change in upcoming in-game activities.

One of the two games is Skull & Bones, which has been eagerly awaited. Although a release date for the pirate life simulation is currently unknown. We do know that it will contain an overfishing event.

Playing for the Planet is a group that focuses on using video games to solve different ecological challenges. And Ubisoft has cooperated with them. Skull & Bones’ “initial activation will address resource exploitation.

We are showcasing what occurs in the game world and the natural world when the demand for shark fins leads to the overfishing of sharks,” according to information on the group’s website.

Players will have “the chance to contribute to the conservation of marine animals and understand the devastating nature of the shark fin trade” thanks to the seasonal event.

Skull & Bones and Riders Republic include climate change ocean occurrences

According to reports, Skull & Bones will release in November. However, before that, it probably will include at Ubisoft’s Gamescom 2022 showcase.

The Riders Republic event seems a little over the top, but sometimes shock require for instruction. For example, according to a report from Axios, players could come in over the following months to discover the game’s forest on fire.

Parts of the forest will cut off as part of Project Phoenix, as the event know internally at Ubisoft. This suggests that riders are unable to breathe there owing to adjacent flames. Fortunately, a strategy to put out the fires will also use.

Seeing how the gaming industry has embraced these challenges through in-game educational activities is encouraging. It’s even extraordinary to see Ubisoft support the cause after claiming apoliticism for so long.

Of course, you may always volunteer or make a charitable donation if you want to take personal responsibility for the solution.

The Clean Air Task Force is one of the most reputable organizations in the battle against climate change. While the Shark Trust devote to shark conservation across the globe.

Ubisoft will likely debut Skull & Bones at Gamescom 2022:  Fans were left to wonder about Ubisoft’s absence earlier in June as the publisher missed all the Not-E3 2022 presentations. Instead, Ubisoft only stored its goods for August, as we now know.

We anticipate seeing a lot of announcements and debuts of new projects, including the elusive Skull & Bones, during the Gamescom 2022 exhibition, where Ubisoft has confirmed its participation.

Given that the title has received an ESRB rating in North America. There is a solid reason to anticipate that Ubisoft will present the pirate game at Gamescom 2022. Furthermore, we have already received another indication of its impending release from a rating from Korea’s rating authority.

The game’s development has taken an unusually long period. It was first unveiled in 2013 and geared toward gamers. Who were pining for more pirate adventures like Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.

The success of Sea of Thieves and other like games demonstrates. That gamers prepare to wait for a decent pirate game. Indicating that the need for this kind of pirate experience has not diminished over the years.

Hopefully, the long wait is nearly over, and Ubisoft will highlight Skull & Bones at Gamescom this year.
The dates for Gamescom 2022 are August 24–28, and we anticipate Ubisoft to have a significant presence there.

In addition to Skull & Bones, many gamers are excited to await various Ubisoft games currently in production, like Beyond Good and Evil 2, a remake of Splinter Cell, and Not-Tom-XDefiant, Clancy’s, to name a few.

The Division brand alone has many forthcoming projects. Including a mobile version of Division 2 and the extraction royale spin-off The Division: Heartland that might show at Gamescom 2022.

Ubisoft had a cyber security breach: Most recently, Ubisoft was the most recent company to get hacked. However, because Ubisoft hasn’t had any private information leaked to the public yet, they have good news.

Nvidia, too, recently had a cyberattack that led to much employee information leak. There was a hacker group called Lapsus$ who said that if its demands not meet. It would give out the names and other information of most of Nvidia’s employees.

The hackers decided to release some of the information even though the ransom had not paid. This led to the credentials of more than 71,000 employees leak.
This is good news for Ubisoft because it doesn’t look like any vital company information has leaked to the public yet.

Only some Ubisoft games and some other services seemed to affected by this. Ubisoft has said that the problem has fixed and that all of the company’s passwords have changed as a safety measure.

Ubisoft did not say which of its games affected. However, the company said that all of its games are now working as they should. The company also said that there is no sign that any player information leaks.

If only Twitch had been safe. It hacked late last year: Twitch’s source code, user passwords, and even payment information, among the things, leak.

In other Ubisoft news, Assassin’s Creed: Dawn of Ragnarok came out yesterday. And its achievements list leak a whole month before it came out. These incidents may make people question how safe Ubisoft is. Fortunately, the most recent cyberattack appears to have made the company look into the issue with the help of top experts from outside the company.

Many people also interested in Skull and Bones because the company has set a release date for the game. In addition, people can now playtest early versions of the game through a new program that Ubisoft has set up.

Seeing if the company’s computer system hack again in the next few weeks will give us more information about the new game. But, of course, a few years down the road, we won’t know if the company and its future projects will reveal or if the breach was as minor as the company said. Only time can tell.

The Elden Ring as a Ubisoft Open World: For one thing, the UI of Elden Ring has to be very clear. Things don’t feel too crowded, with only players’ needs on the screen. While FromSoftware has done an excellent job of keeping things clean, one gamer has drawn a picture of the UI of Ubisoft-made Elden Ring. It’s not pretty.

FromSoftware’s RPG game has been a big hit, so it must be good. SteamSpy has said that Elden Ring has sold more than 10 million copies on PC, more than any other game.

There isn’t any official data from SteamSpy, but the game has been a huge hit, getting near-perfect scores from many game reviewers. Even though FromSoftware made such a big hit, one person has thought about what the game would be like if Ubisoft made it.

The picture shows a player in the game’s world with a highly complex UI. A mini-map, a compass, multiple goals, and an ad for DLC are all on the screen now.
One added thing is “Press X to activate tarnished sense.” Some people think this is funny, especially the “Press X to activate.”

The Elden Ring as a Ubisoft Open World

On the other hand, several people say that it is “horrible”. And a few say that it makes them sick and make them uncomfortable. A dark and severe game like Elden Ring can use some humor. Like the Ubisoft joke and a funny Lord of the Rings message that can find next to a pool of hot water.

Users of FromSoftware’s ARPG aren’t just making fun of the Ubisoft joke. They’re also having fun with the game in other ways. Players on Facebook named Dolan Dark made a video to show what it would be like if Breaking Bad’s Walter White was a character in Elden Ring.

The video shows what it would be like. The video makes fun of how hard it is for people who don’t know how to play it. It offers a frustrated Walter White all the time. He flips off the Tree Sentinel before the boss kills him, showing that.

Many people find it funny to watch people who haven’t played a game from FromSoftware play the RPG. An Elden Ring player named JRainers shows what it’s like to play the game with a friend.

When their friend fails to jump, the veteran looks over and sees how hard their new friend is having. Then the two put on disguises that make them look like statues and start dancing around. They all show that there is a lot to do in Elden Ring.

Elden Ring is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It is also available for Xbox One.
